Reporting Expectations
Organizations requesting access to Crisis Cleanup, Connective, or Texas Community Recovery (TCR) must first Check In through the Incident Coordination Form and indicate a status of Investigating, Monitoring, or Planning (or, of course, Active). This establishes your organization as an active participant in the incident and provides the situational awareness needed to coordinate the voluntary sector.
Once access has been granted, daily activity reporting in Crisis Cleanup, Connective, TCR, or any combination of these systems satisfies TGCRVOAD’s daily reporting expectation. No additional Situation Report is required when your operational activity is fully reflected in one or more of these platforms.
Organizations using operational systems that are not integrated with these platforms are asked to submit a daily Situation Report or provide a simple list of service addresses so that response activities can be incorporated into the regional common operating picture.
Our goal is one report whenever possible. We seek to minimize duplicate reporting while maintaining accurate situational awareness for all response partners.
